Baristas
These are the people who make the perfect espresso and foam that silky smooth melange of micro bubbles to pour the best cappuccinos and lattés available anywhere.. Baristas prepare the bar, test the coffee, check the grind, talk to guests, sweep the floor and clean the tables. It’s hard work, but we hope it is satisfying in every way. Baristas all have the opportunity to join the UK Barista guild, to pass their SCAE Barista certification and to compete in the UK or Irish Barista Championship.

Catering Assistant
As a Krem catering assistant you will be busy preparing sandwich fillings, pastries breads and soups from the freshest ingredients we can source. Care, Communication, Energy,and Enthusiasm is what we like you to bring to the job, while of course, having fun! If you think you want to be a part of a young vibrant growing company, Café Krem will teach you everything you need to know. We’re looking for candidates with proven people management, leadership and influencing skills, the ability to grow business through continuous improvement, attention to detail and financial skill. You must be fanatical about standards and be a fabulous host.

Espresso Bar Managers
You should have had some solid experience within a similar hospitality environment with a good ability to delegate, coach others to success and be able to build your business through your people.You will need to have sound experience within a quality food business and understand the essentials of quick service volume retail catering.
