We will be closed at Queen’s from Good Friday reopening on April 20th.
If you’re really gagging for good coffee, the Banbridge store will be open from 6am Saturday 11th April to supply those caffeine addicted Rally Fans who will be there to witness the start of the Easter Event.
Otherwise the Newry store will be closed on Easter Monday while the Newcastle Krem will be open non-stop right through.
So have a nice Easter break whatever you’re doing and we hope to see you in a Krem very soon.

Our first billboard advertising.

Tuesday, January 1st, 2008

Despite the fact that we do very little advertising and all the press radio and tv coverage that we get is good hard copy news. We wanted to add a little style to Christmas with this billboard on the site of those nice people from J.C. Decaux. People loved it and we got lots of new customers. Krem still keeping ahead of the posse!

Happy New Year

Tuesday, January 1st, 2008

Yeah, happy new year to all our customers, friends, and online visitors.
Hope you all had a great christmas and that 2008 will bring you all the good things you hope for in life.

we’ve had another exciting year at Krem with lots of competition success, Niamh and Neli represented us in London, Dublin, Antwerp, Budapest, Berlin and Barcelona. Sé competed and gave workshops in London, Bern, Antwerp, Moscow, Bristol, Doncaster,
and the highlight of the year watched Jim Hoffman who we’ve competed against often in the last 3 years become the World Barista Champion in Tokyo.
We’ve begun to roll out a new identity in the shops (already in Hill Street and Sugar Island and soon to be in Banbridge). All our customers have complimented the new style and more relaxed ambiance so we hope we’re showing that Krem is still leading the way in the local coffee business.
New for 2008. ??? wireless internet and iPhone access in all the shops thanks to Cloud telecom. Always the possibility of new shops??? And Neli Marius and Jurgita will be competing in the UKrounds of the World Barista Championships at the end of January.
We wish them luck and continued success.

So come along and see us if you’re nearby and enjoy a great cup of coffee!!

Ola !  Says Niamh from Barcelona. She has just come back from working the machine on a trade show stand where they pumped out 1400 coffees per day for 3 days. She has well earned her month off and we hope she has great fun inter-railing around Europe.
